- FUTURE CLASSES?
Everything with the space and the building is back to normal! I wasn’t thinking on teaching again because I wanted to spend all of my time making art and working on photography, but so many people have been asking that I am going to do a six weeks run of classes this Fall.
Please e-mail me and let me know what prop you are interested on (poi, staff, double staff, rope dart) and what days you are available. This will really help me make the schedule. Classes will start at the end of October. I would love to do it sooner, but I will be out of the country until then.

- "EMBARK UPON MADNESS" BEHIND THE SCENES VIDEO!

- PYROMANCY EXTENSION!
This has made me really happy! I decided to rent the space next door with some friends, and it finally got approved. We still have to sign the contract, fix the space, etc., but it is happening. There is a large room right in the middle with large windows, that overlook downtown Oakland, in which I am planning to put mirrors, teach more classes and invite other instructors! Yay!

- Fire Arts Festival July 15-18 2009:
My favorite event at the Crucible is on the works right now, and I thought that many of you might be interested on volunteering, performing or installing your art in it. I have performed and done fire safety for them in the past and it was a really fun experience that will also save you from paying the ticket. I really encourage you to help them out and have some fun. May 1st at 11:59PM is the deadline for Art and Performance Applications.

- Free Classes During Bay Area Dance Week April 24th to May 3rd:
Pyromancy is participating for the 1st time in BADW offering free introductory classes to fire dancing! Please check the schedule for dates and times. Practice poi will be provided but please bring your own if you have a pair.
