int. + adv. staff and double staff

The Intermediate & Advanced staff lessons move slowly into more challenging contact staff techniques. Each consecutive class, you will be introduced to new structured sequences of moves and exercises based on your own personal development which will allow you to better control your staff without grabbing it! Through practicing you will be able to learn fish tales, car wheels, 360 halos, conveyor belts, anti-spins, isolations and many other moves you never imagined you could do. During the last lesson we will practice with fire. Fire safety and accuracy of movement are emphasized during this class.

• Class Fee $80 - Bring your own staff(s) to class. You may pay for materials during your registration if you need a new one.
