beginning fire dancing staff and double staff

The beginning staff class covers the fundamental moves of staff manipulation; rotors, figure eights, pirouettes, weaves, corkscrews, through the leg moves, neck rolls, hand spins and hand rolls along with other beginning contact staff exercises.   You will also learn how to safely flow through over 30 dance moves and transitions that link together into a full routine that you can perform during the last lesson with fire!   Fire safety and accuracy of movement are emphasized during this class. 

Class Fee $80 + $40 for Fire Staff(s) Materials: The materials fee is optional if you all ready have your own staff(s).
